Your Hello card is multi-wallet, i.e. it can contain several balances, each balance of which is restricted to a list of merchants. It also contains an open wallet, the My Cash account, which can be used in any merchant that accepts Visa cards (except gas at the pump, gambling and money services). You must have obtained a personalized card (Hello Classic card) with your name to use the My Cash account with your Hello card in stores.

When you use your Hello card in a store, the balance available for a transaction corresponds to the sum of the balances for which the merchant is part of the list of merchants, plus the balance of your My Cash account.
