You should allow 7-10 business days to receive your Hello card by mail.

We use Canada Post shipping services, additional delays may occur that are beyond our control.

If the delay exceeds 7 business days or less, we recommend that you wait a little longer. If you want to use your Hello card before you've received it in the mail, we've got you covered: see option B of our refund procedure.

If the delay exceeds more than 7 business days, please contact us by email at support@hellocard.ca and we will send you a new Hello card after double-checking your address.
