DO YOU NEED HELP WITH THE ACTIVATION OF YOUR ELECTRONIC GIFT CARD?
It's pretty straightforward:

Go to the web page indicated on your PDF gift card (URL starting with gohello.ca/...).

If you're not logged in, sign in or create your Hello account.

Enter your 8-character activation code (XXXX-XXXX format) and click Redeem.

If you do not already have a Hello card associated with your account, proceed to request it by clicking Get my Card. You will receive your card by mail within 7-10 business days.

If you already have a Hello card, the gift card amount will be instantly deposited onto your existing card, and enjoy its reloadable aspect!

Use your Hello card at participating merchants!

If you need more help to activate your gift card, please contact us at support@hellocard.ca and we will respond promptly!
If you did not receive your Hello card
If the delay exceeds 10 business days or less, we recommend that you wait a little longer. If you want to use your Hello card before receiving it by mail, we've got you covered: see option B of our refund process.

If the delay exceeds more than 10 business days, please let us know by email at support@hellocard.ca and we will send you a new Hello card after double-checking your address.
